Yes, a Medical Marijuana patient or their caregiver is allowed to cultivate up to six mature cannabis plants. To do so, you must obtain a Patient Cultivation Card. Patients are permitted to grow these plants on their own property, provided they are kept in a locked and enclosed space. The fee for obtaining a Patient Cultivation Card is $100.
