When will I receive my certification after getting approved by a provider in Maryland?

Upon approval by your healthcare provider, your certificate will be processed and finalized within 24-48 hours. If you opt for our expedited service, you will receive your certificate on the same day as your appointment. After completion, your doctor will upload the certificate to your state registry using your Maryland patient ID number. You will then receive confirmation via text and email.

Please note that your doctor can only finalize your certification after receiving your Maryland patient ID number. Once you have your ID, please forward it to help@fademd.com.
