What's the process for obtaining my Maryland patient ID number?

1. Visit www.onestop.md.gov.
2. Search for the Maryland Medical Cannabis Commission to discover seven different applications available for registration.
3. Select “Adult Patient Registration” since every patient must register here to receive a patient number before consulting a certified provider.
4. Click on “Apply Now” to start the registration process.
5. Fill out the required form.
6. You will receive your approval via email within 2-3 weeks.

Note: You can still consult a FadeMD doctor even without your ID number. Once you receive it, forward it to our support team at help@fademd.com, and we will inform your doctor.
