FadeMD offers a flat rate of $99 for both new certifications and renewals. In addition, the state of Illinois has the following fees:

1 year: $50

2 years: $100

3 years: $125

For faster certification, you can select our expedited service for an extra $40.

Please note that these fees are not covered by insurance at this time. We accept Visa, Mastercard, or AMEX credit or debit cards, ensuring there are no hidden charges.
