Yes, medical marijuana patients in Virginia are allowed to have a caregiver. As of the recent update, caregivers are no longer required to register with the Board of Pharmacy. Instead, caregivers must present the patient's Written Certification from FadeMD along with their own government-issued ID at the time of purchase.
