What are the qualifying conditions for a medical marijuana card in Virginia?

In Virginia, the following conditions may qualify you for a medical marijuana certificate and card:

  • AIDS/HIV
  • Cancer
  • Chronic Pain that does not respond to traditional treatments, or where opioids may be used.
  • Crohn's Disease
  • Epilepsy
