When will I receive my recommendation after being approved in Ohio?

After your approval, you will receive a welcome email from the state within 24-48 hours, which will include a link to finalize your registration.

Please note: If more than 48 hours have passed since your appointment with your doctor and you have not received your welcome email, contact the state by emailing MMCPRegistry@pharmacy.ohio.gov. Include your first and last name, date of birth, and the email address where you would like to receive the new registration link.
