Process in the State of Pennsylvannia

Before Your Online Consultation:

1. First, register with the Pennsylvania Department of Health to get your PA patient ID number if you haven't done so already.
2. Create an account and complete your application at FadeMD.com.
3. Schedule a consultation with one of our licensed physicians.
4. At your appointment time, log into your FadeMD account and enter the virtual waiting room, ensuring your camera and microphone are active.

After Your Online Consultation:

1. After approval, when you receive notification that your certificate has been uploaded, log into your account at PA DOH MMP Login.
2. Finalize your application on the site.
3. Submit the required fee of $50. Note that a reduced fee of $25 applies if you are eligible for Medicaid, PACE/PACENET, CHIP, SNAP, or WIC.
4. The state will directly send your medical card by mail, which you should receive within 1-2 weeks. The card remains valid for one year.
5. With your medical card and a valid ID, you can legally purchase marijuana from a licensed dispensary.
