When will I receive my recommendation after being approved in Pennsylvania?

Once your medical practitioner approves you, your certificate will be finalized within 24-48 hours. If you select our expedited service, your certificate is guaranteed on the same day as your appointment. Upon completion, your doctor will upload the certificate to your state registry using your Pennsylvania patient ID number, and you will be notified via text and email.

If you haven't received your confirmation within 48 hours, please provide your PA patient ID number to our support team at help@fademd.com.
